MILLER FAMILY RANCH Located 15 miles east of Hardin, Montana, on MT 384 from mile markers 15 to 19, this 250 pair operation has been in the Miller family for several generations. Current family member owners live outside the US and desire to sell the ranch. The Home Place consisting of approximately 135 acres is not part of this offering. Water is provided via pipeline from the electric well serving the corrals across Mt 384. The other house is untenable, located in section 5, 1S36E with an electric well from which a pipeline runs into the pasture in section 8. The ranch has excellent stock water with 24 rights filings on record with the DNRC including all 7 wells, 1 spring, 1 reservoir and various drainage surface rights across the place. There are solar wells in sections 1, 3 and 4, 1S36E. Electric wells are located in section 8 1S 36E, section 31 1N36E, and section 32 1N 36E which also is connected by pipeline to section 33 1N 36E. A propane powered well serves section 34 1N 36E. Section 26 1N36E has a year-round spring and reservoir. The place is extensively cross fenced and the condition is very good.
